So this year was a big birthday so to celebrate I spent a week in Las Vegas. So the best thing about it was the fact that I got to go to Sephora which is something that I so miss living in the UK. One of the brands I really wanted to look at was Pat McGrath as we can only buy it online so it was nice to see it in person. Well what can I say… It was love at first sight.
Everything in the collection is so beautiful I really wanted to buy it all but the one thing that really caught my was the MTHRSHP Subversive La Vie En Rose Palette. Don’t get me wrong I love a good neutral palette with gorgeous browns and warm tones. But something about this collection of colours had me drawn in. Each one of these colours are packed full of pigment.
Yes it is not cheap and you only get 6 colours. But I have so many palettes that can create transition colours so its nice to have a palette that has a collection of statement colours. Purple Reign is something I can’t wait to create a look with. I tried Pale Fire and its a gorgeous metallic pink which I used along side the Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam palette.
