I have really spent the time investing in my skin care especially now that I am a women in my 30s. As we age our skin needs a little bit more TLC. You can’t just use a makeup wipe and just remove your makeup and your done. Gone are those days. So now its time to follow a carefully curated products to do the job. However sometimes products are not enough and I know from experience that you can remove your makeup and cleanse your face but you can still find little traces of dirt on your cotton pad. So I was interested to try Foreo out which is a sonic face cleanser and massager. So I am starting small and I purchased the Luna Play from my local Space NK as it is only £29 so for product that I just want to try it is a great price as some of the range goes up to £5100 (But that is for the super-duper deluxe edition).
So what the point of this product? Well it has truly revolutionised my cleansing routine and after just 1 use I have noticed a visible difference. My skin looks clear and healthier after just one go. So this is definitely a keeper in my eyes. All you need to do is apply your cleansing product of choice (mine happens to be Skin Regimen Cleansing Cream by Comfort Zone) all over your face. Turn on the Luna play and gently massage in circular motions around the face. It’s as simple as that and you only have to do this for a minute and the little facial brushes do the hard work. Something to point out is that this is great for normal and sensitive skin and to be honest it feels more like a gently vibration across the face so it does not cause any irritation.
Another great thing about this product is that it is fully waterproof and lightweight so perfect for travel. The only problem is that it is not rechargeable so you only have approx 100 uses if you use it for a mintte each time. But if you think about it cost per use is £0.29 each time so it is still a great price. If however you want to invest in something that will be long-lasting they have a range of different products and the nearest equalivent I would say is the Luna Mini that is £85.
I am a big believer in making sure your skincare is perfected so that gives you a great base for your makeup and I have noticed a big difference in how my foundation looks now that I have started using the Luna Play.
Great review! It’s super cute! Have you tried the Michael Todd Sonicare? If not, you should totally check it out. It’s pricy, but worth it
